Preliminary data from, “Are Students Thriving or Surviving?” will be shared. Participants will identify strategies and changes to implement that contribute to students’ thriving in a professional program. Developing students into resilient practitioners through the concept of thriving will also be explored.
At the conclusion of this presentation, participants will be able to
- Describe “thriving” vs. “surviving” in the context of a professional program.
- Identify factors in your program that support students “thriving”.
- Develop new strategies/tools to increase student “thriving”.
This recorded presentation is P.A.C.E. ® accredited. The instruction level for this activity is Intermediate. One (1) P.A.C.E. ® contact hour and one and one (1) Florida credit hour in the area General will be awarded to participants.
