The Engaged Employee

Employee engagement is a hot topic in the laboratory and health care world. It is especially challenging when we perceive the workload ever increasing and the staffing ever decreasing. Engaged employees help keep morale and motivation high, productivity positive, and retention levels full. How do we as leaders motivate our team? How do we keep our employees and coworkers engaged? This session will define and describe employee engagement and illustrate strategies to motivate employees.
