If you've ever been asked to participate in the purchase of new platforms, analyzers or instruments, the Request for Proposal (RFP) document can be your best friend. This session will provide an overview of the RFP, including the processes involved and the importance of relationships with vendors.
At the conclusion of this presentation, participants will be able to
- Discuss what is a Request for Proposal and the process for issuing an RFP.
- Discuss the elements to include in the RFP.
- Discuss the importance of vendor relationships before, during and after the RFP.
