Quality Assurance Doesn't Equal Quality Improvement: Principles of Quality Improvement and Models to Know

We’ll compare and contrast quality improvement (QI) vs. quality assurance. Next, we will cover the most common quality improvement tools and models and six key principles of QI. By the end of the presentation, you will be able to apply the EPIDEM Model of Quality Improvement for better patient care.
