John C. Maxwell’s Learning the 17 Essential Qualities of a Team Player
discusses how to become the kind of person every team wants. The Laboratory
Leadership panel will be comprised of Sr military and civilian lab leaders,
mid-level military and civilian leaders and entry level military civilian lab
leaders. This presentation is an open panel forum where questions will be asked
from the audience. Each leader will share stories of leadership and team player
qualities that they possess and admire in all team members.
LEARNING
OBJECTIVES
At the
conclusion of this presentation, participants will be able to:
- Describe the 17 essential qualities of a team player according to John C. Maxwell
- Outline how to apply these qualities into their team dynamics at the work place by listening to personal stories from every level of laboratory leadership
- Engage with all levels of laboratory leadership via a panel that will allow for question and answer sessions, putting subject matter into practice.
CE ACCREDITATION
ASCLS is approved as a provider of continuing education programs in the clinical laboratory sciences by the ASCLS P.A.C.E. ® Program. One (1) P.A.C.E. ® contact hour and one (1) Florida credit hour in the area of Supervision/Administration will be awarded to participants. ASCLS P.A.C.E.® is accepted by the ASCP/ASCLS/AGT Board of Certification and all states, including Florida and California, as an approved provider of continuing education for recertification and licensure. ASCLS is an approved provider with CE Broker for Florida licensees.
