Improving Laboratory Services Using Laboratory Stewardship Concepts

This presentation will cover laboratory stewardship concepts, including test utilization. Discussion will focus on components and implementation of laboratory stewardship programs. In addition, easy lab stewardship interventions for any budget will be addressed.

  1. Summarize components of laboratory stewardship programs
  2. Analyze test utilization and laboratory stewardship interventions
  3. Identify resources needed to implement laboratory stewardship strategies
