Outreach Business Planning - Keys to a Successful Program

Downward reimbursement pressure and other external factors are leading hospital executives to question the value of laboratory outreach. Despite these challenges, with proper planning and investment in the laboratory, it is possible to develop a profitable outreach program that elevates the status of the laboratory and enables the health system to provide better patient care. In this presentation we will discuss the critical success factors key to developing a successful outreach program.
