Written performance appraisals are a key mechanism for leaders to gather information, provide formal feedback to employees, and identify growth opportunities. An effectively written performance appraisal has the potential to increase employee engagement and reduce staff turnover. This presentation will provide leaders with simple tips to preparing and discussing written performance appraisals.
