Getting the Most out of Your QA Meetings

A clinical lab quality meeting should present information that informs the senior members of the lab staff/leadership allowing for a reflex resulting in real improvement in the lab. This presentation delves into the structure, organization, and management of these meetings.

At the conclusion of this presentation, participants will be able to:

  • Identify lead measures
  • Identify lag measures
