This presentation will give new lab managers tools and tips for success as they take over their first lab.

LEARNING OBJECTIVES
At the conclusion of this presentation, participants will be able to:

• communicate effectively with entities outside of the laboratory to facilitate laboratory success.
• lead the laboratory by mentoring and molding the laboratory staff.
• identify methods and techniques to successful navigate accreditation processes.

CE ACCREDITATION

One (1) P.A.C.E. ® contact hour and one (1) Florida credit hour in the area of ADM (Administration) will be awarded to participants.
