This presentation will
provide an overview of the legal and compliance risks laboratories face,
including a summary of the pertinent health care fraud and abuse laws that may
be enforced against laboratories. This presentation provides examples of recent
enforcement actions taken against laboratories.

- identify ways to minimize fraud and abuse risk
