Conference (Recorded 1/20/2023)
Presented by Rodney Rohde, PhD, SM(ASCP)cm
The medical laboratory profession is in a national workforce shortage crisis. Likewise, medical laboratory education programs across all levels of academia are struggling to find clinical placements for all degree paths. At the conclusion of this presentation, participants will be able to
- Identify strategies for establishing a new or stronger ongoing relationship with a medical laboratory education program.
- Summarize examples of how to develop relationships with medical laboratory educational programs.
- Correlate how a strong relationship with a medical laboratory program can enhance both recruitment and retention of employees.
