What makes a workplace
"toxic"? How do you recognize it, and more importantly, what can you
as a leader do to address some of the causes of that experience. Finally,
what's your accountability to your team- and to yourself- to make your workplace
a better place.

At the conclusion of this presentation, participants will be
able to
- Recognize the symptoms and costs of a toxic workplace.
- Identify specific tactics to reduce intra- and interpersonal "toxicity"
- Identify tactics for caring for self and others to cope better with challenging environments.
