To develop the laboratory
professionals and help employees to understand the organizations strategic
plan, strategic goals must be incorporated into the employee annual appraisal.
This lecture will demonstrate the process of incorporating strategic goals into
a manager, supervisor, and employee annual
appraisal system.

- Explain the history of the Employee Appraisal System and its current effectiveness
- Explain Health Care Strategy and its importance to both the institution and employee’s professional growth
- Demonstrate the tools to incorporate strategic goals into the employee performance appraisal
