tips to empower emerging leaders in how to build bridges with interdisciplinary
partners. Real world examples and practical activities will provide learners
with the opportunity to explore what the future can be when you go beyond the
clinical laboratory’s four walls.

- Describe the barriers (internal and external) when approaching interdisciplinary teams
- Differentiate between a stakeholder, resource, and workmate
- Define what great interdisciplinary relationships look like for you and your laboratory
