In this session, presenters will share how
Augusta University Medical Center Laboratory has used a robust cloud platform
to unlock real-time, actionable insights using the lab’s data. Attendees will
learn how this can be used to improve TAT, increase productivity, and save
money.
LEARNING OBJECTIVES
At the conclusion of this presentation,
participants will be able to:
- Discuss how utilization insights can be applied to lab process improvement
- Explain how real time data can decrease time to issue resolution
- Identify areas in your lab that could be improved by implementing real time data analysis
