Planning a lab project can be
challenging due to multiple variables. This session is intended to aid new and
current laboratory managers in successful planning for project implementation.

At the conclusion of this presentation, participants will be

- Identify the 5 phases of project management.
- Create a project management plan.
- Prepare for successful project planning.
