Communication is a tool that we can use to create a behavior. Whether it's an action, an in-action, a change, or a request for feedback, the way we communicate is powerful. However, most leaders overlook the essential elements needed in a communication plan that can actually help you elicit the behavior you want, and this presentation will unlock those elements and set you up for communication success!
