Having the courage to be authentic and transparent takes boldness, but it is the key to building trust. Trust helps teams grow. Successful leaders embrace vulnerability, empathy, and purpose to create a space where team members feel safe to express themselves, take smart risks, and accomplish meaningful work. This session will help emerging leaders take the necessary steps to become a courageous leader who drives innovation, increase team engagement, and accelerate performance.
At the conclusion of this presentation, participants will be able to

  • Discover ways that empathy, compassion, positivity and purpose allow leaders to drive engagement among team members to accomplish collective goals.
  • Discuss strategies to demonstrate authenticity, understand emotions, and communicate vision as a leader.
  • Develop an action plan to enhance emotional intelligence and create a positive impact your team.
