Having the courage to be authentic and transparent takes boldness, but it is the key to building trust. Trust helps teams grow. Successful leaders embrace vulnerability, empathy, and purpose to create a space where team members feel safe to express themselves, take smart risks, and accomplish meaningful work. This session will help emerging leaders take the necessary steps to become a courageous leader who drives innovation, increase team engagement, and accelerate performance.
