- List effective strategies for preparing and training their teams during various stages of an LIS implementation and system optimization.
- Develop a communication plan to ensure effective information flow among team members and stakeholders during the three stages of LIS implementation.
- Identify at least three potential risks associated with LIS implementation and corresponding mitigation strategies.
