Generative Artificial Intelligence (AI) platforms have gained notoriety
for concerns related to academic integrity. While these concerns are
well-founded, it is important our community discuss opportunities and
collaboratively identify ways AI can be integrated into the MLS classroom.

- Describe the history and current state of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in education
- Appraise the opportunities and threats this technology presents to the classroom
- Plan one learning activity that integrates AI technology into your classroom
